Quotio operates under Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and the EU GDPR for users in the European Union.

Data is stored in Google Firebase / Firestore on European servers (GDPR-compliant). All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. A local copy is stored on your device for offline use.
We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes. We only share with Google Firebase (infrastructure) and competent authorities if required by law.

Data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, all data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
The app does not use cookies. The quotioapp.com website uses only essential technical cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies.
