How do I set up Quotio for the first time? ›
Go to Settings (⚙️ top right) and fill in your business name, hourly rate, currency, and IBAN if you want payment QR codes. Then you're ready to create your first quote.
Can I use Quotio offline? ›
Yes. Quotio works fully offline. All data is stored locally and syncs automatically with the cloud when you reconnect.
Is my data synced across devices? ›
Yes — sign in with the same account on any device (iOS, Android, or web) and everything is available everywhere.

How do I export a quote as PDF? ›
Open the quote and tap the PDF button in the top right. You can share it via email, WhatsApp, or save it to your files.
Can the PDF be in a different language than the app? ›
Yes. In Settings you can set one language for the app interface and a different language (EN/DE/ES) for the PDF documents you send to clients.
What is the Swiss QR payment slip? ›
A standardised payment slip used in Switzerland. When you add your IBAN in Settings, Quotio generates a Swiss QR slip on page 2 of your invoice that clients can scan with their Swiss banking app to pay instantly.
Time tracking
How do I generate a payroll PDF for a client? ›
Go to Clients, tap a client, scroll to the "Time log" section, and tap PDF. The report includes a monthly breakdown of hours, earnings, paid vs. pending, and VAT.
Can I group clients for a combined report? ›
Yes. Open a client's profile, expand Category, and type a group name (e.g. "Tattoo"). Clients with the same group appear together and you can export a combined PDF — useful for your Steuererklärung.

How do I export all my data? ›
In the Clients screen, tap the ↓ icon to export all quotes as CSV. You can paste it into Excel or Google Sheets.
